Squeaky Clean & Dry came to our new (to us) house to check a musty smell in the basement. Jim spent a few hours with us (this was the free estimate) and looked around pointing out things that we need to keep an eye on. Even though he could have sold us the sky, he was honest with his assessment that no remediation was necessary at this time. This was the point that made me want to invite Squeaky Clean & Dry back to our house if there was ever an issue, honesty, integrity and professionalism. We did do an air test just for peace of mind.
